CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING
Do you have a minimum order?
No! We are happy to help with orders both big and small. Pricing may vary depending on the quantity, number of print colors, garment style and design.
How do I get a quote for custom shirts?
Send us your design or idea along with the type of apparel you're looking for, approximate quantity, sizes and when you need your order. We'll help you choose the best printing option and provide a quote.
Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely! Whether you already have print-ready artwork or just an idea, our team can help get your design ready for printing.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Contact us before purchasing or bringing in garments. Some materials and garment styles may not be suitable for certain decoration methods, so we like to review them first.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and type of order, garment availability and our current production schedule. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when requesting your quote.
EMBROIDERY
What items can you embroider?
We can embroider a variety of items including hats, polos, jackets, sweatshirts, workwear and more.
Can you embroider my business logo?
Yes! We can turn your logo into an embroidery-ready file and help you select apparel that will work well with your design.
Is there a setup fee for embroidery?
Some designs may require a one-time digitizing fee to convert your artwork into a file our embroidery machines can read. Once your logo has been digitized, we can keep it on file for future orders.
DTF TRANSFERS
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is professionally printed onto a special transfer film that can then be heat pressed onto apparel.
What fabrics can I use DTF transfers on?
DTF transfers work great on many popular fabrics, including cotton, polyester and cotton/poly blends.
Do you offer full-color DTF printing?
Yes! DTF is a great option for detailed and full-color artwork without needing to limit your design to just a few colors.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one larger sheet, helping you maximize your space and get more transfers for your money.
What's the difference between the Gang Sheet Builder and Image by Size?
Our Gang Sheet Builder lets you arrange multiple designs yourself on a sheet.
Our Image by Size option is great when you simply want to upload an individual design and order it at the size you need.
Do you offer DTF printing for other apparel businesses?
Yes! We offer DTF transfer options for contract customers and other businesses that need dependable transfer printing.
Do you offer same-day DTF turnaround?
We offer fast turnaround on DTF transfers, and qualifying orders placed by our cutoff time may be available the same day. Production time can vary depending on order size and our current workload.
ARTWORK & FILES
What type of artwork should I upload?
High-resolution artwork with a transparent background is best. PNG files are commonly used for DTF printing. For the best results, artwork should be clean, high quality and sized appropriately for printing.
What if my image is blurry or low quality?
Contact us before ordering. We can take a look at your artwork and let you know whether it is suitable for printing or needs to be cleaned up first.
Will the background of my image print?
If your file contains a background, it may print as part of your design. For DTF transfers, we recommend uploading artwork with a transparent background unless you intentionally want the background printed.

Do you create apparel for schools and sports teams?
Yes! We work with schools, teams, clubs, organizations and groups to create custom spirit wear and apparel.
Can you set up a team or school store?
Contact us about your project and we'll help determine the best ordering setup for your group.
Can you create a design for our team or school?
Yes! We can work with your logo, mascot, colors and ideas to create apparel that fits your group.
BUSINESS APPAREL
Do you print apparel for businesses?
Absolutely! We can create custom T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hats, workwear and other apparel featuring your business logo.
Can we reorder the same design later?
In most cases, yes. We keep customer artwork on file, making future reorders much easier.
PICKUP & SHIPPING
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our shop in Corydon, Indiana.
Do you ship?
Yes! Shipping is available for customers who aren't able to pick up locally.
Do you only serve Corydon?
Not at all! While we're proud to call Corydon home, we work with customers throughout Southern Indiana, the Greater Louisville area and beyond.
